Garlic

Garlic is a hardy, bulbous, rooted, perennial plant with narrow flat leaves and bears small white flowers and bulbils. The compound bulb consists of 6 to 34 bulbets called ‘cloves’ which are surrounded by a common, thin, white or pinkinh papery sheet. Garlic has a strong flavour and taste.

The dried garlic cloves can crushed to the desired granulation/size. Available in whole, powder, granules and flakes form.

The product is organically produced and processed according to current good manufacturing practices, HACCP norms and regulations NPOP, NOP & EEC 834/2007. Also the product is naturally fumigated through EcO2 processing technique and steam sterilized.
