Ginger

Ginger is a knotted, thick, beige underground stem (rhizome). The stem extends roughly 12 inches above-ground with long, narrow, ribbed, green leaves, and white or yellowish green flowers. Ginger is available in both wet and dried forms. The spice ginger comes only from the dried roots of the plant.

The dried ginger can be ground to the desired granulation. Available in cut/sift, powder and tea bag cut size. We could also supply in desired cuts such as slices.

The product is organically produced and processed according to current good manufacturing practices, HACCP norms and regulations NPOP, NOP & EEC 834/2007. Also the product is naturally fumigated through EcO2 processing technique and steam sterilized.
